Éalú Yoga
Yoga in Galway to help you connect to your body,
mind and breath

A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Rachel.
I live in County Galway and come from a nursing background. I first found yoga in 2018, and what began as a way to move my body soon became so much more: a way to slow down, reconnect and find a little calm in the middle of everyday life.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and have since continued my training in restorative yoga, chair yoga, yoga for cancer and yin yoga.
Éalú means escape.
Not escaping life, but stepping away from its busyness for a little while. I hope that every class offers you the chance to reconnect with your breath, your body and yourself, leaving you feeling calmer, more grounded and more rested.
I believe rest and a deeper connection to ourselves aren't something we have to earn;
It's something we all deserve.

Tried one online class and found it brilliant! Calming and informative. Also your recent email about changing styles and forms of exercise is really helpful! As someone that finds it hard to commit long term to one form of exercise due to work commitments I found this helpful and calming to know I am not alone and not feel like a failure! Definitely want to attend in person class soon
Online class feedback
I love the Saturday morning classes. It's a lovely way to begin the weekend and meet new faces for some chats after class. Everyone who attends is so lovely.
